1. How often should I have my carpet cleaned?

Regularly.  Soil and dirt build up in carpet fibers every day.  Most carpet manufacturers recommend that you clean your carpet every six months – and more if you have children or pets.  

2. What kind of cleaning solutions do you use?

3. My carpet has faded/bleached spots?  What can you do?

If the carpet is faded, we can usually spot-dye it.  We can also try and repair it, by using a piece of material from our existing stock, or from a an inconspicuous part of your carpet (a closet or a corner).                        

4. How long will it take for my carpet to dry?  

The modern techniques we use mean that your carpet will be completely dry within 6-12 hours.  Obviously this will depend on the humidity level in the air and your room temperature. However, we do recommend that you not walk on it for at least the first couple of hours and afterwards only with socks.   

5. Are you insured?

Of course.  We are fully licensed and bonded, in the event of any unforeseen accident.  We also offer an 100% guarantee on all your work.  If you aren’t happy, we will do the job again or refund you your money.  

6. Can you remove pet odors and stains effectively?

Yes, absolutely.  We have both the experience and the machinery.  After removing and neutralizing the stain/odor,, we will then sanitize and deodorize the affected area, leaving it smelling fresh and looking clean.

We have crews operating all over the state and, in most cases, can send someone to you within the same day, if not the following day.
